Setup your account in the "Member Registration" area. Use GibsonburgOH431 as the "Municipality code" Your account number will not change with this new system. Be sure to write down your desired username and password that you create, you will need them for future utility payments.
After registering an account:
Log in to the system using "Member Login", from there you can navigate around to past and current billing, payment setups by credit or debit card, and you can contact the utility department for any issues or questions. You can also continue to have automatic account deduction and/or drop off checks to village office to avoid any convenience fees.
