The Village of Gibsonburg has Zoning Ordinances in place to ensure the safety and quality of life in our community.
Zoning and subdivision regulations have been established, which were designed to provide for the orderly growth and expansion of the Village. However, of equal importance, the regulations are easy to follow and designed to be an aid to developers by streamlining the permit and review process, thus preventing undue delays that can become costly.
