There seems to be an issue with our Utility Bills that we EMAILED out today. (NOT MAILED BILLS) It appears that some of them say they are PAST DUE when you open your email on the first page. (some maybe late, but if you know you’re not late then open the file to take a closer look. If you click on the PDF File, you will see the breakdown of the whole bill. We don’t believe all of you open the PDF file so please make sure you look at it. We are working on the issue, thank you
